The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Radisson Blu. We’ve secured a special room block rate for our guests. Click the “Website” link below to book your stay. Please book by March 1st to take advantage of this rate. Please note: The $26 per room, per night urban fee will be waived and removed from your final bill.

Architectural Boat Tour

For the best way to see the city, enjoy an architectural boat cruise along the river! You can't go wrong with a tour company, but our favorite is through the Chicago Architecture Center aboard the First Lady.

Millennium and Grant Parks

Near the hotel where you can find iconic Chicago sites, like the Bean and the Buckingham Fountain.

Lakefront Trail 

Our favorite part of the city! Head north to North Ave beach (~2.5 miles from hotel) or south to Museum Campus (~2 miles from hotel) to see great views of the city.

Rent Bikes

If the weather is nice, Divvy is a great way to get around the city. If you want a helmet, we recommend renting bikes from Bobby's Bike Hike (less than a mile from hotel).

Bobby's Bike Hike Tour

Don’t let the name fool you, it’s not just for biking! Bobby’s offers excellent walking, biking, and food tours around the city.

Chicago Riverwalk

A scenic spot to enjoy a walk or drink. Some restaurants might still be closed until May, but it’s worth strolling for the views.

Michigan Ave

Walk along Michigan Ave for shopping and to see some stunning architecture. Depending on the weather, the tulips may be in bloom, making the gardens a beautiful site to see.

Museums

You can't go wrong with any museum in Chicago. Some of the most popular are The Art Institute of Chicago (0.5 miles from hotel), Field Museum (~2 miles from hotel), Shedd Aquarium (~2 miles from hotel), Adler Planetarium (~2 miles from hotel), and Museum of Science and Industry (~8 miles from hotel - Uber or bus is recommended).

Chicago Deep Dish

Everyone has their opinion on what’s best, but we prefer Lou Malnati's. The deep dish is iconic, but don’t sleep on their thin crust either! Giordano’s is a classic and just a short walk from the hotel. If you’re up for a bit more of an adventure, head to Pequod’s in Lincoln Park.

Portillo's

A great fast casual option for a true Chicago-style hot dog or Italian beef sandwich.

Avli on the park

Serving contemporary Greek food with lots of options, this spot is not too far from the hotel (~0.25 miles). A reservation is likely needed.

Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe

This is a great brunch spot near the hotel (~0.25 miles). You can't make a reservation, but you can join the waitlist ahead of time by going to their website.

Doma Cafe

One of our favorite brunch places in the city. It's counter service, so no reservation is required. Try their hot sauce!

Eleven City Diner

A great place for deli and diner food. You might have to wait, but it's worth it for the challah french toast!

Entertainment

The Second City

If you're in the mood for a laugh, check out a show at The Second City, a legendary comedy club where stars like Tina Fey and Steve Carell got their start. With multiple shows every night, it’s a fun, classic Chicago experience just a short Uber ride from the hotel (~3 miles).

Baseball

It will be baseball season in April! Let's hope either the Cubs or White Sox are in town, so you can catch a game.

See a show

The hotel is close to the theater district. Hamilton will be in Chicago during this time at the CIBC Theater (~1 mile from hotel).
